1. General

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales conducted by XC Electronics are subject to the terms described in this policy. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a valid purchase order or a signed quotation. Any changes must be communicated in written form and approved by us. Changes to orders may incur additional charges.

3. Shipping & Receipt Confirmation

All goods undergo factory testing and are carefully packaged before shipment. Upon delivery, customers must inspect the products and confirm receipt by signing the delivery note or confirmation document within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may affect warranty eligibility and technical support.

4. Warranty Policy

XC Electronics offers an 18-month limited warranty from the date of shipment for most products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions.
The warranty does not cover:

· Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification

· Normal wear and tear

· Damage due to accident, negligence, or force majeure

· Third-party components not manufactured by us
Defects must be reported during the warranty period. After inspection, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected product(s).

5. Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be authorized in advance. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with relevant order details and a description of the issue. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returned items must be in their original/approved packaging and include all accessories/certificates.

6. Technical Support

We provide lifetime technical support for all our products. Support is available via email, phone, or our website. Our technical team operates during business hours and will respond to inquiries as promptly as possible.

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified, payment terms will be stated on the invoice or quotation. Late payments may incur penalties or interest as permitted by local law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall XC Electronics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Our total liability is limited to the actual purchase price of the relevant product(s).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This sales policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the sale or use of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ningbo City.

10. Revisions

XC Electronics reserves the right to update or modify the sales policy.
